Viridis Face Mask by Herbal Curio

Herbal Curio (n.) Handmade remedies from fresh, chemical-free, harm-free , ethically sourced and certified organic ingredients in their purest form. We only use raw butters and cold process oils. Each ingredient is chosen for their beneficial properties. We find that the healing properties of herbs and essential oils are intriguing but our promise to you is that you'll never see our ingredients list as a curiosity. Our salves, creams, oils, and herbal mixtures are designed to complete an already healthy lifestyle. We pride ourselves in crafting everything in small batches and blending by hand. Making things simply and doing it by hand can make such an amazing difference in quality.
Contains living green clay, green algae, coconut milk powder, aloe vera extract and green tea extract.
I tried out Herbal Curio's Viridis Face Mask tonight for the first time. The mask powder can be mixed with cream, milk, cider vinegar or water depending on what effect you want it to have. I used water for more balanced skin. Felt like a spa experience to me, the texture and smell of it. Especially since Max apply it for me!  :)

BEFORE
Despite the brevity of instructions, I still managed to not read them - no one reads! - and almost used a metal bowl, applied the mask too thin, unevenly and on my eye lids even though I should not have. Luckily, my eye lids are fine!

DURING
10 MINUTES LATER MY FACE FEELS SO TIGHT I CAN'T MOVE A MUSCLE!
AFTER
There was no redness afterwards and my skin feels good. And all the shininess is gone. I'm going to try it out again on Wednesday for even more collagen boosting!

50lbs of Local, Grass-Fed Beef from Milcreek Farm

In case you ever wondered what 1/8 of a cow share would look like:

Includes many pounds of ground beef and various cuts of steak

Includes bone marrow and soup bones

Documentation for Facebook

Wondering what we're going to do with it all? Top of my list is Julia Child's Beef Bourguignon, "Not Your Mother-in-Law's Beef Brisket" recipe clipped from a newspaper 10 years ago, smoking the London Broil in our Stove Top Smoker, risotto with the bone marrow and a kick ass beef stock or demi-glace. Of course there will be countless hamburgers, tacos, and steaks in between.

Hungry yet?

:)
