When you think your cat is a dog

Got an email from my Mom yesterday about my brother:

On a funny note, I called Marc to see how he was doing. He was training the cat. He can't stand her meowing, so when she meows, he won't feed her until she stops. When I called, he had been trying to feed her for almost an hour. As soon as he get the food out, she starts meowing and then he stops and won't give it to her. Is her crazy or what? I think all this training might work for a dog, but not a cat.
