I entered a contest and won!Scott Mindeaux of Foodie in Disguise contacted me yesterday to let me know that I had won a copy of The Art & Soul of Baking by Cindy Mushet and Sur La Table. My brother, a culinary management student at Niagara College, will be so jealous! :)
I can't wait to take a look at the section on pies and tarts... might need to have some friends over for dinner sometime soon. :)
