A friend's birthday is coming up next week and so I started this hat for her the other night. Goes alot quicker without using the cable needle and so far it has been an easy knit.

What a week!
My first week in the new job just flew by. Many adjustments to make... new space, new work, new people. I'm so used to being a high performer that the biggest change is that I don't know everything about my job for the first time in a LONG time. Max says it's the learning curve and he's right. I'm sure it will feel like home in no time.
